Exchange Policy

We offer 90 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Items eligible for exchange must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
